Whilst the R-Pole has been designed to aesthetically fit within the health club class timetable it is equally at home outside in the park or on the beach making picnics and impromptu pole jams at a friends house a whole lot more fun for a unique Girls Night Out 'in'.

Handling
Unless you fix a pole to the ceiling then like all free standing poles there is a certain flexing of the pole in use. Our design reduces the flex to an absolute minimum that is not noticeable in use allowing confident and exceptional agility and unlike a fixed pole, the R-Pole will not fall over or come lose from its fixings or damage ceilings. The stable base design ensures that teaching performance on the R-Pole is never compromised.

Installation
Setting up the R-Pole takes minutes and there are no screws, bolts or spanners to worry about and regardless of ceiling height and type the new R-Pole Series Fitness Poles will fit any studio without the need for additional equipment or damage to the building structure or ceiling.
