Due to the success of the sessions Astra will be teaching another 2 hour mixed ability workshop  in hoop and silks as a try out session for those who have never done it before and for those who are quite competent  too. These will be suitable for beginners. No previous experience is expected but enthusiasm and ability to do an unassisted pull up and inversions will definitely help, as this class will be challenging.

Hoop and silks are classic pieces of circus aerial equipment. During the session we will learn how to use the equipment safely and learn routines covering some basic & advanced variation moves. 
We will learn a more developed routine using tricks, drops, rolls, holds and transitions that will eventually be putting it all to music and performed if confident enough
