3 Hour Burlesque & Pole Workshop. 
2 Workshops in one, with an introduction to Pole Fitness followed by a Burlesque workshop.
BRIGHTON: Thursday 03rd November - Pole & Burlesque - 6pm - 9pm
Have you ever wanted to give Pole fitness or Burlesque a try but weren’t sure if it is for you. Pole Passion are offering a 3 hour work shop in the art of Pole and burlesque.  We have combined these two beautiful art forms into one fantastic fun filled work shop. 

Pole Dance Fitness is a fantastic way to loose weight, tone up, keep fit and learn an exciting new skill at the same time. Learn the basics of pole Fitness with our Accredited Instructors. Students will get an introduction into the techniques transitions and moves on and around the pole showing how to do a fantastic work out that will burn lots of calories. 

After a short refreshment break to set up the studio for Burlesque, students will then get a sexy work shop in the art of burlesque which will include a class in burlesque fitness and performance. Students will learn basic dance steps, hip moves and a sexy choreographed routine of chair dancing.  Dressing up is encouraged and students are recommended to bring their own costumes and heels.

Then this workshop is for you. Over 90 minutes we will be exploring the art of burlesque,
Follow in the footsteps of Gypsy Rosa Lee, Bettie Page or Dita Von Teese as you learn to perfect your techniques of burlesque 

During this session We will be exploring the glorious moves, including the bumps and grinds, feather boas, chair routines, clothing, tassels and much more all in a fun & private setting

Burlesque Passion presents a Beginner Burlesque Workshop 
for every day women 
Where no experience is necessary 

What to wear: Feel free to dress up in heels you can move comfortably in, tights/stockings/leggings,
Hair accessories and or basques, tops and gloves

Course pre registration is essential

Learn the Ancient Art of Nipple Tassels - 45 minute Introduction
Cost - £5 per person (plus tassels)
Time - 4pm onwards following on from the above workshop

Only for the brave!! (all welcome ). There will be no nudity and ladies of any shape and size can take part- if you prefer you can wear the tassels over a tight fitting top. We will be exploring the many ways to tassel twirl and learning some techniques – it’s a lot of fun and not as hard as it looks!
