What To Wear
The number one rule here is to be comfortable. Initially we suggest something similar to what you would wear at the gym. A t-shirt or single top is recommended. Shorts or a short skirt are also great, however if you are more comfortable in ¾ trousers or tracksuit trousers they are fine as well.

Our parties are as individual as you are and each party is designed exclusively for you, regardless of age, shape or fitness level. You will be made to feel comfortable from the moment you walk through the door and no experience is necessary nor age a barrier as we will show you everything you need to know.
