Our experienced, highly trained and friendly pole instructors will gently coach you in all aspects of pole technique, including transitions, poses, tricks, spins and more.  You will be leaving inspired, empowered and feeling more sexy!

Parties are held in our private studio and suitable for all women regardless of age, shape or fitness level, no experience required as we will show you everything you need to know.

Cost
Our Parties start from just £20 per person, based on 8 girls for a 1 hour party. We do not have a minimum number of girls required so please call for details and prices to suit your party. Parties of 20 girls or more will get an extra instructor FREE

Availability
Parties are available on Saturday's at the following times:
12:00 - 14:00
14:00 - 16:00
16:00 - 18:00  - Fridays evenings and mid week Parties / Lessons also available.

What To Wear
Shorts or short skirt, T shirt, trainers heels, high heeled shoes / boots or bare feet or come dressed in fancy dress / themed. We supply a dressing up box includes boas, pole dancer shoes, sarongs and more… 

2 Hour Parties include:

• 4 Dance Poles minimum

Booking is simple just confirm your party date and time is available by calling us on 0871 318 3838 or enquire via our secure booking / enquiry form for availability. A deposit is required to secure your party date and time which can be made over the phone by debit / credit card. We do not need accurate numbers at this stage as this is confirmed 6 weeks prior to your party with final payment based on this.
