Be warned: Pole Dancing is addictive and extreme fun!

What To Wear:  Beginners can wear whatever they feel most comfortable to exercise in ie. shorts, short skirt or leggings, T shirt, trainers or bare feet.

Avoid wearing jewellery, creams or moisturisers or oils on the skin.
