Pole Dance Fitness is more fun than the gym!  It improves muscle tone, flexibility and posture. If you are looking to learn something completely different then Pole Passion fitness incorporation pole techniques on and around the pole for Fitness & FUN is for you and makes for a great girls night out too!

Qualifications & accreditations:	* Accredited Level 1 Pole Fitness Instructor Certified * First Aid Qualified
No of poles:	3 x floor to ceiling stainless steel R-Pole’s 38’s & 50mm diameter
When:	Every Monday 7.30pm-8.30pm
Suitable:	Beginner / intermediate / Advanced / All levels of fitness - beginners welcome

 

Join our fun and friendly classes with professionally qualified instructors with many years of pole fitness and fitness competence.Expect to increase muscle tone as you progress each week, accomplishing moves you never thought possible. With just some simple and achievable techniques you will begin to feel and see a transformation projecting your new found confidence along the way!

Please note: Please book in advance via PayPal above or just turn up. Priority will go to pre booked places if class full. If more than one person booking a class, either complete the form for each person or add ALL names attending 'Name / Mobile' comment box or within PayPal payment page and your instructor will confirm attendance and balance payment.

Be warned: Pole Dancing is addictive and extreme fun!

What To Wear: Shorts, short skirt or leggings, T shirt, trainers, bare feet or heels. Avoid wearing jewellery, moisturisers or oils on the skin. All lessons are held privately

Refund policy: Your registration and payment guarantees your classes in continuation. There are no refunds as your place is guaranteed which means other students may have missed out on taking this class. If you have difficulty making all classes you must notify your instructor directly. Exception apply where a medical certificate is produced proving injury to prevent further participation on the course where you will be refunded pro rata for lessons remaining and less £10 admin fee.
