No of poles:    5 x floor to ceiling Pole’s & 1 x RPole Portable Free Standing Pole
                3 x 50mm & 3 x 38 mm diameter poles

Cost:  £15 per class / £75 for 6 classes - All Welcome

When;  

MONDAY 8pm-9PM (for those completely new to pole)
WEDNESDAY 8:15-9:15PM (Intermediate)

Suitable: Beginner / intermediate 
               All levels of fitness - beginners welcome

With just some simple and achievable techniques you will begin to feel and see a transformation projecting your new found confidence along the way!

What To Wear: Shorts, short skirt or leggings, T shirt, trainers, bare feet or heels. Avoid wearing jewellery, moisturisers or oils on the skin. All lessons are held privately
