Pole Passion are recruiting new teachers in all areas. We would love to hear from you if you have ever thought about teaching pole dancing, no experience is necessary as we offer full training and ongoing support.  Students and teachers from other pole schools are also most welcome to apply too.

We offer full training and skills required to teach lessons and parties as well as ongoing support. Ideally you will have a dance background and / or be an active fitness professional qualified to Exercise to Music level 2 (ETM2) or prepare to qualify for this through our partner Lifetime Fitness but full training can be offered as personality and commitment is paramount.

To become a valued member of our team you will be highly motivated, have good organisational skills, be lively, presentable, very reliable and 110% customer focused prepared to go that extra mile to drive sales. Ideally you will also have  teaching experience and Exercise to Music qualifications to level 2 but this is not necessary as full training can be provided and of course full ongoing support.

Working with Pole Passion will allow you to operate a very simple but very effective proven part time business opportunity in offering Pole Fitness Classes (and fun Parties including pole dancing and burlesque) with a flexible licence agreement allowing you to quickly set up your own business or add to your existing business without the problems so often associated with a new businesses start-ups.

Fitness Instructor

The Fitness Instructor option is perfect for existing fitness instructors looking to add new classes including Pole Fitness / Dancing to their existing classes with full training and ongoing support available from our web site and dedicated secure instructor log in section containing promotional resources and message board.

This is also suitable for those wishing to become a fitness instructor qualified to Exercise to Music Level 2 (ETM2) and gain recognition on the Register of Exercise Professional (REPs).

The Exercise to Music course is the industry standard for fitness instructors. Training for this can be carried out with us through our partner Lifetime Health & Fitness Ltd who offer outstanding training across the UK and we are happy to assist you in arranging your Exercise to Music training to Level 2. You will need this to be able to teach any exercise classes within health clubs from January 2009. This training is available for all students as well as teachers from other pole schools.

Parties with Pole Passion

This option is geared towards Fitness Instructors looking to offer parties and workshops alongside their fitness classes either within their health club or at a suitable studio / venue which can be function rooms of hotels or bars for parties. Pole Passion has been operating fun parties since 2003 and has developed a well structured party format and content based on sound training and fitness principals that provides excellent profits and a positive cash flow.

Our licence will allow successful instructors a good part time business model that has a relative small start up costs and small stock of party related equipment that is fully supported, allowing them to continue their existing careers. This business model can be run profitably in any major city and will consist of offering fitness lessons as above plus private parties for hen nights, birthdays and girls nights out.

Our popular party packages include; Pole Dancing, Lap Dancing, Burlesque, Cheerleading, Flirty Girls Parties, and Chair Dancing and is ideal for the woman looking to offer pole dancing parties and workshops. Return on investment is assured through our parties offering value and fun which makes it easier to get bookings following word of mouth recommendations plus we have an excellent and unique referral programme assuring repeat business.

Based on an agreed geographic area, this licence includes everything needed to successfully launch and operate your own Pole Passion party business including ideas on sourcing suitable venues and partnerships with local business, assistance with national accounts, on site details like poles, training manuals and party DVDs, operations and marketing manuals and start-up and ongoing support complete with dedicated web pages on our web site and telephone sales support and processing of payments if required leaving you free to concentrate of your existing ‘day job’ while we run your business for you.

Minimum conditions apply: You must be prepared to qualify for ETM level 2 and become (and remain) registered with REP’s.

All licences include all the essential elements needed to prepare
train, launch and successfully operate your new venture.

Business

The core values of the business are to offer: Empowerment Confidence Fitness & FUN! to a female audience and all Pole Passion instructors must fully understand and support these values at all times. Our licence agreement means that you can keep your admin costs low as you will not need an office, advertisings costs, national telephone, web site or payment facilities for credit cards as we can take care of all of this for you as a licence holder.

You will be expected to pay an initial set up fee and an on going licence fee to cover admin support, new content to lesson and parties and a management service fee.

The licence fee for Parties depends on your chosen area but will be between £2,000 to £5,000 depending on your chosen area plus a small percentage of turnover to cover full admin and telephone support, bookings, web site and credit card payment facility. (Extra costs associated with ongoing training for new parties is optional.)

Every licensee is provided with a report template and will be required to provide a quarterly report which will include financial information and information on a areas of the business including new sales promotions. This information is used to support you and improve training support for all licensees so everyone benefits.

Pole Passion Ltd will provide full support and help but cannot offer any assistance with finance for the business.
