This ‘first-stage’ introductory document outlines an exciting opportunity for exceptional individuals to operate as fully licensed self employed Passion Fitness Instructor with full ongoing training and support.

Where our story begins
We founded Pole Passion in 2003 with the ambition to provide a new form of fitness for women, initially centred around pole dancing. Even back then we knew how big the pole dancing trend would become. We started by offering pole dancing parties from our  Brighton venues, adding further venues as demand increased. The reaction from women attending our events was ecstatic. ‘Fantastic time’, ‘great night’, ‘lots of memories’, ‘learnt some great skills’, ‘brilliant evening’. From parties, we moved to health clubs as it became clear that female members were looking for a more engaging fitness experience.

The health club proposition needs re-invigorating
As our reputation grew, we began to receive calls from health clubs asking us to design and deliver a pole dancing class for members.

Health clubs can create negative images for many people where the experience is seen more as ‘work’ and a ‘chore’ than fun. The first image new members often face when they walk into a club is a gym stuffed with intimidating machines with unpronounceable names. We now all know the importance of exercising and keeping in shape, it would just be nice, if it looked more friendly! That is where we fit in.

The health club industry is constantly seeking new ways to ‘re-fresh’ the health and fitness experience for members and they desperately needed what we had! Today, we work with a range of independent and national health club chains who now see us as a valuable partner in keeping the member experience fresh and fun.

Some members falling out of love
Although membership to health clubs has been growing, there is growing sentiment among consumers that the experience can sometimes be uninspiring and repetitive. If the club experience is seen more as ‘work’ or a chore than a night out, then it is not surprising that members lose interest and move on. Additionally, while intensive training will get members in shape, it may not give them the sexy body they deserve.

Passion Fitness, the brand name for our health club programmes, takes inspiration from the sensual movements of exotic dance to create a fitness programmes that combines innovation and fun to provide a total body workout for all women regardless of age, size, or fitness level that builds core strength, flexibility and sexuality in a workout designed to inspire. Our innovative classes empower women, build confidence and fitness and make women laugh. This is why they quickly become a part of their everyday life.
Our classes share no resemblance to a standard ‘work’-out, which can be safe and uninspiring. We inject fresh life into a group exercise programme which is why we now work with some of the UK’s largest health clubs groups.

Passion Fitness & Pole Passion Parties: An exciting licence opportunity
Want to own your own pole dancing business, but unsure where to begin? We offer a simple and flexible licence agreement allowing you to quickly set up your own business without the normal associated start-up challenges. Our licence owners are able to generate an attractive income from a part time commitment.

Unlike a franchise requiring a large initial investment, we prefer a licence agreement that allows the use of our logo and advertising and also offers full admin support and training that means it is possible to run a Passion Fitness license or Pole Passion Licence alongside an existing job or other daytime commitments with only a small monthly investment that only requires a 3 month notice to cancel so you are not tied in but would rather choose to work with us and be a valuable member of the team. The initial period of licence is required as a minimum period of 12 months to allow for full training and set up support.

We have invested heavily since 2003 to create everything that is required to deliver an original experience for health club members. Full training can be offered to the right candidate, regardless of your dance or fitness background. The very first thing we look for is the right attitude and enthusiasm; everything else we, and our training partner, Lifetime Fitness, can teach.

We offer various ways of working with us, depending on where you are located
and the level of involvement you are looking for. If you just wish to deliver a couple of classes each week, that is fine. Others looking for a deeper involvement can run more classes from a range of clubs and consider supporting us in delivering our party business. Sales Potential
The level of sales income is very credible for a part time involvement. Obviously this is dependant on location, level of involvement and whether you choose to offer Fitness Classes and/or Parties?

Low entry costs
Unlike a franchise operation our licences have been designed to allow you the opportunity to create a credible and lucrative part time business alongside your existing career with no large upfront investment. A small amount of capital is initially required to finance your initial training and any equipment (poles etc). Then you simply pay a small monthly licensee fee to cover administrative and marketing support, and to receive the benefits described above.

Overseas Opportunities
Although developed in the United Kingdom, Pole Passion has been developing a network of partners around the World through our Miss Pole Dance Competitions and more recently with our World Pole Dance events and would welcome enquiries from interested parties living in other Countries looking to develop our exciting brand of Fitness and / or Parties.

Our Parties and universal and appeal to all women regardless of where they live and we would welcome the opportunity to work with you to achieve becoming part of our team in your Country.

Currently training is only available within the UK and additional training may be required to become an Exercise to Music (ETM) or equivalent accredited instructor within your Country if you wish to teach in a health club environment. When we started our journey, pole dancing was seen as extreme!  ‘pole fitness will never be a recognised form of fitness’ everyone told us, many times!
