The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law. If any of this information changes, you must ensure that you amend the details in order for us to provide you with the best possible service.

When you place an order, we may ask you for certain information and you may submit personal data to www.polepassion.com/shop/ or our dedicated shop at www.polepassion-shop.com (for example your name, phone number, postal address, email address, contact and bank/credit card details).  Bank and credit card information is handled by our merchant account providers and not made available, or stored by us. Payments made over the phone requires credit card information to be entered directly into our merchant terminal which is a secure facility and all information is handled by our merchant account providers and bank no credit card information is stored by us or made available after processing.  By making an order and submitting your data you agree to this use.

We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.
