Passion Fitness® - Pole Passion have been working towards professional recognition of pole fitness since 2003 and our Passion Fitness represents our innovative approach to creating fitness classes that are popular and FUN! We take inspiration from the sensual movements of exotic dance moves to create fun fitness workouts. With Pole Fitness we've combined these sensual movements in our fitness programmes to provide a total body workout for all women regardless of age, size, or fitness level that builds core strength while increasing flexibility and sexuality in a fun innovative workout designed to empower women to embrace their femininity and sensuality through health and fitness.
All classes are designed to give everyone the opportunity to learn how to move their body naturally and freely whilst learning empowering fitness routines that promote self esteem with all classes delivered in a fun, safe and supportive environment where laughter and giggling is encouraged to help create a ‘girls night out’ experience.
We currently offer weekly Pole Fitness Classes and our Passion Girls Fitness classes which incorporates elements of Pole Fitness (with dance poles), Chair Dancing, Strippercise, Burlesque and Cheerleading. All classes include warm ups and cool downs.

What is Pole fitness?
Pole Fitness with Pole Passion was developed as a new, fun, exciting, challenging, innovative fitness regime and movement to music, consisting of a series of anaerobic and aerobic sequences and moves on and around a vertical pole. Addressing muscular strength, muscular endurance, muscle tone, body flexibility, mind and body confidence all with health and safety in mind.
Pole Fitness is a total body workout within a structured group setting for all levels, sizes and abilities of fitness incorporating elements of muscular strength, endurance, flexibility, moves on the pole (think vertical bar), poses and transitions with warm up and cool down elements.
Pole fitness is a progressive form of exercise which is both effective and attractive for modern day women who are looking for a fun and entertaining way to get into shape, mentally and physically as it works the entire body toning the legs stomach bottom and arms. Adding strength and tone by using a person’s own body weight rather than building muscle on a machine, resulting in natural lean and shapely curves. No wonder this is one of the fastest growing exercise options in the World today

Pole fitness uses techniques from traditional pole dancing routines, as well as techniques originating from gymnastics. The result is a high impact workout, that is unlike any previous fitness exercise. During a pole fitness session a large variety of muscles are being trained unlike other fitness sessions where you just focus on one group of muscles.After only a couple of sessions you should successfully be able to do several moves and spins on the pole and your strength and endurance will have increased greatly.
Students gain upper body strength, cardio strength, abdominal strength and with leg work all critical for pole technique it is a great all round fitness routine. Unlike most aerobic style classes, pole fitness combines a touch of ‘sensuality’ and fun, like no other form of exercise present in the gym. It engages the mind and the body in a way that is truly unique and being aimed at all levels of fitness, body shapes and size makes it suitable for all and with the added bonus of adding confidence and empowering people who take part just adds to a fitness routine that makes you feel great about yourself.
We take safety very seriously so during the class you will be taught initially health and safety for yourself, your colleagues and equipment. The class structure is varied, entertaining and includes a warm up component, main body component and a cool down component with stretches and relaxation, visualisation and meditation techniques.
