Pole Mastery is designed to be an ongoing high level of committment in training to ensure the most up to date training is provided to instructors looking to offer the latest teaching methods and innovations in Fitness Classes either for personal development and / or deliver outstanding fitness classes. Specifically for those individuals committed to improving and expanding their knowledge in pole dance fitness to be able to offer the most advanced training systems available, acheived through ongoing training from a series of tree distinct areas, being;

1. Accredited Teacher Training in Pole Dance Fitness
Our level 1 & 2 instructor training courses are accredited with REP’s for 16 CPD points each (32 CPD total). The courses maps to D414, D415, D416, D412, D417 and C35 of the National Occupational Standards.

2. Continual Professional Development
Through innovating new fitness programmes to compliment our Accredited Instructor Training and ongoing quartely updated weekly class lessons structures to keep content fresh and ensure consistent high standards of delivery including additional training in Burlesque and other dance / fitness styles for additional class structures and opportunities.

3. Ongoing Workshops and Master Classes
Regular advanced training and master classes designed to support you and your continual professional development to master trainer standard and international competition standard should you want to progress this far.

We offer full training and skills required to teach lessons and parties as well as ongoing support. Ideally you will have a dance background and / or be an active fitness professional qualified to Exercise to Music level 2 (ETM2) or prepare to qualify for this through our partner Lifetime Fitness but full training can be offered as personality and commitment is paramount.

Our Team Membership means that you can keep your admin costs low as you will not need an office, advertisings costs, national telephone, web site or payment facilities for credit cards as we can take care of all of this for you as a Team Member our multiple options allow you to choose the level which best matches your needs and interests.

We offer two Pole Mastery - TEAM MEMBERSHIPS

Accredited Pole Fitness Instructor Training 

Pole Fitness lessons can be run profitably in any health club with a reasonable active female membership or from a suitable private venue in a large town or city. Our lessons and business model is proven since 2003 and our course structure is based on sound training and fitness principals.

The Fitness Instructor Team Membership option is perfect for existing fitness instructors looking to add new classes including Pole Dance Fitness to their existing classes with full training and ongoing support available from our web site and dedicated secure instructor log in section containing promotional resources and message board.

This is also suitable for those wishing to become a fitness instructor qualified to Exercise to Music Level 2 (ETM2) and gain recognition on the Register of Exercise Professional (REPs).

The Exercise to Music course is the industry standard for fitness instructors. Training for this can be carried out with us through our partner Lifetime Health & Fitness Ltd who offer outstanding training across the UK and we are happy to assist you in arranging your Exercise to Music training to Level 2. You will need this to be able to teach any exercise classes within health clubs from January 2009. This training is available for all students as well as teachers from other pole schools.

If you are a beginner or existing pole dancer / fitness professional with no accredited teacher training.
Then start by taking our accredited Pole Fitness Instructor training including full ongoing training and support in Pole Fitness Accredited Instructor Training, level 1 & 2 and sign up for the Exercise to Music Qualification to Level 2 (ETM 2) with Lifetime Fitness.

If you are an existing ETM fitness instructor looking to become an Accredited Pole Fitness Instructor
Then our Pole Fitness Accredited Instructor Training - Level 1 & 2 is perfect and includes REP's points

    Health Club Licence 

    Suitable for owners / managers of health clubs looking to add accredited safe Pole Fitness classes within your existing class timetable with your own fitness instructors.

    This licence is aimed at training, certifying and supporting your fitness instructors who want to offer Pole Fitness and other classes. The standard licence includes rental of 4 poles, 3 instructor licenses and full access to ongoing support, resources of promotional materials and accredited REP’s training.

    Minimum conditions apply: Instructors must be ETM level 2, currently registered with REP’s and the standard licence will include 3 instructors and Pole Fitness level 1 and 2. Other fitness class options can be purchased to cover your exact requirements.

    The licence fee for Health Clubs is £80 per month per club venue address (excludes poles) and includes;

  • Includes TEAM MEMBER discounted training for Workshops and Master Classes with Pole Passion
  • Quarterly training programmes for weekly pole fitness classes for up to 3 instructors
  • Minimum 12 months thereafter 3 months notice to quit required
  • Active listing on our web site

    Pole Passion Parties 

    This option is geared towards Fitness Instructors looking to offer parties and workshops alongside their fitness classes either within their health club or at a suitable studio / venue which can be suitable private venue for parties.

    Pole Passion has been operating fun parties since 2003 and has developed a well structured party format and content based on sound training and fitness principals that provides excellent profits and a positive cash flow. Our licence will allow successful instructors a good part time business model that has a relative small start up costs and small stock of party related equipment that is fully supported, allowing them to continue their existing careers.

    This business model can be run profitably in any major city and will consist of offering fitness lessons as above plus private parties for hen nights, birthdays and girls nights out.

    This option is aimed at training in our popular party packages which includes; Pole Dancing, Lap Dancing, Burlesque, Cheerleading, Flirty Girls Parties, and Chair Dancing and is ideal for the woman looking to offer pole dancing parties and workshops. Return on investment is assured through our parties offering value and fun which makes it easier to get bookings following word or mouth recommendations plus we have an excellent and unique referral programme assuring repeat business. Our parties typically sell between £200-£300 per party.

    Based on an agreed geographic area, this licence includes everything needed to successfully launch and operate your own Pole Passion party business including ideas on sourcing suitable venues and partnerships with local business, assistance with national accounts, on site details like poles, training manuals and party DVDs, operations and marketing manuals and start-up and ongoing support complete with dedicated web pages on our web site and telephone sales support and processing of payments if required leaving you free to concentrate of your existing ‘day job’ while we run your business for you through a low management fee per party booking;

    Pole Passion Party Licence is from £5,000 and includes;

  • Training for Parties to including;
  • Pole Dance Parties, Lessons and Workshops including equipment and dressing up boxes
  • Burlesque Parties, Lessons & Workshops including equipment and dressing up boxes
  • Full sales and poromotional items
  • Risk Assessments and safety forms
  • 4 dance poles (max height 3 Mtrs)
  • Full ongoing support and training
  • Full admin / telephone support leaving you free to run the parties

  • Application is subject to an interview and completed application
  • You must hold or be prepared to train to a min level 2 Pole Fitness Instructor Accreditation with Pole Passion
  • You must also be prepared to qualify for ETM level 2 and become (and remain) registered with REP’s
  • You must have adequate Liability Insurance suitable for teaching Pole Dance. We recommend joining Equity
  • Must hold a valid First Aid Ceryificate (included with ETM)
  • Must hold a valid PPL music license (must have before teaching with music)
