Our classes share no resemblance to a standard ‘work’-out, which can be safe and uninspiring. We inject fresh life into a group exercise programmes and through continual development and regular instructor training programmes ensure you stay on top of your game and in demand.

Our Pole Fitness courses will be awarded 16 REP’s each course. The courses maps to D414, D415, D416, D412, D417 and C35 of the National Occupational Standards.
