How do I Enquire or Book a Party / Event?
Please complete our booking / enquiry form or call our friendly team on 0871 318 3838 where we will confirm your party date & time is available and cost. All we require is a £100 deposit to secure the party booking, with the balance due six weeks before your party date where the final cost is based upon confirmed numbers attending then and not at initial enquiry as numbers do usually change. Pole Passion Parties are very popular and dates fill up very quickly so all bookings remain provisional and subject to change or cancellation until a deposit is received. We can also help you with ideas on restaurants and hotels as we have a wealth of knowledge in all our areas. All FREE and as part of our customer service programme.
I'm feeling nervous?
This is perfectly normal and part of the experience and will soon have you laughing and feeling relaxed as all tuition is held privately and based on Empowerment, Confidence, Fitness and FUN! You certainly will not be asked to anything you are uncomfortable with and our instructors are all very warm and have a caring intuitive approach and receive regular training to maintain our very high standards of customer care. Dancing around the lampposts on your way home is optional!
How and when do I pay for my event?
To guarantee your date and times are available we would suggest you plan well in advance and secure your event as soon as possible by paying a deposit to secure your booking. We accept most credit and debit cards over the phone by calling 0871 318 3838 as well as cheques by post.
What deposit do I need to pay to confirm my booking?
Our parties are extremly popular and as such we would recommend you secure your party as soon as you have the date. An initial deposit of only 100 pounds will guarantee your party date and time, with the final payment due based upon confirmed numbers 6 weeks prior to your party date.
I'm not sure on final numbers or time?
We only need approximate numbers at this stage and your final balance is based upon actual confirmed numbers when the balance is due, usually 6 weeks prior to your party date. Party dates and times can be changed subject to availability anytime up to 4 weeks prior to the party date and within 6 months of the original date.
When is the balance due?

All party and accommodation bookings require the final balance paid 6 weeks prior to the event date and based upon numbers confirmed then and subject also to the agreed minimum booking costs. Final Payment is not based on the initial enquiry as this may change and we don’t want you to pay for guests not attending.

If the balance remains unpaid within 2 weeks of the event we reserve the right to cancel your event without refunding the deposit although we will, at our discretion, issue a voucher that you can use against future parties with us for the same value. 

What do I wear?

Bare legs are essential for pole work, so shorts, short skirt & T-shirt is ideal but being comfortable is more important. Wear something that makes you feel great and sexy that's also non restrictive and long trousers or leggings are fine if you prefer as we will work around this if anyone is uncomfortable baring their legs (or any other parts of their body) and we can adapt the moves to suit.

No zips or belts and most importantly your legs and thighs need to be free from all creams and oils so you don’t slip on the pole.

Parties - please feel free to bring high-heeled boots or shoes you can dance in, or bare feet / trainers if you prefer. Only do what you are most comfortable with as we teach being sexy and empowered... NOT nudity! – The focus is definitely on fun and no-one is made to feel uncomfortable in any way!

Can I change my booking?
Yes, your party date, type and times can be changed subject to availability anytime up to 4 weeks prior to the party date and within 6 months of the original date.
How many Poles are available?
All our venues have a minimum 4 poles. For larger parties of 20 or more we include extra poles and instructors FREE!
Are parties held in private?
Yes. Parties are held in private venues with no spectators allowed. You may bring a male with your group but only if the whole party is ok with this and it has been agreed prior to your party. Parties are never mixed with another booking.
Can I add to my booking and what happens if someone drops out?
Yes you can always add to your booking at anytime. If a person drops out before you have paid the final balance this won't matter because we only take final payment based on your confirmed numbers usually 6 weeks prior to your event date. If someone drops out after the final balance has been paid then they will forfeit their place although you can get someone else to take their place.
Is there an age restriction?

Yes, you must be 18 or over to book with us. Pole dancing is a suitable form of exercise for people younger than this but the over 18 rule is enforced as a point of social responsibility for booking. Exceptions to this rule are being accompanied by a parent or classes designed for team building where part of a dance team or event with either a parent or responsible adult present. All tuition is adapted to to suit the age of the party and delivered responsibly.  

Can the booking be kept as a surprise?
Yes! In fact this is a frequent experience and adds to the excitement! For parties we will do our best not to let the rest of the party know until they enter the studio and for private tuition we can send you a personalised voucher to give when you wish.  
Can my mum attend too?
Mum’s are very welcome… in fact they usually steal the show!
How safe is it?

We take safety very seriously. Lessons and parties are risk assessed before each lesson and poles are professionally installed and checked before each lesson also.

Please note that for parties whilst we appreciate a drink to settle the nerves is ok, we will adapt instruction if you arrive in the studio clearly under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Can I specify a delivery date when ordering from your shop?
Yes, for most items you'll be able to confirm a preferred delivery by calling us on 0871 318 3838 and discussing your order with us. Depending on your order, someone may need to be present at the time of delivery to sign for the items like poles but these can be left with a neighbour if more convenient or left in a safe place. Just let us know.
How can I get a V.A.T. receipt?
We can send you a V.A.T. receipt for the product(s) you have purchased. In order to receive a VAT receipt, please Email us and include your order details and we'll be more than happy to deal with your request. All VAT receipts are sent via email in Pdf format.
Are my details secure?
We do not share any details with anyone else period! All credit card information is destroyed once processed. This is designed to keep shopping with Pole Passion.com as secure as possible. Please note that in the interest of security, Pole Passion will never ask for your credit card details or persoanl information via email or pop-ups.
How can I pay for my purchases?

You can pay for your purchases via our shop online using most major credit or debit cards, including Mastercard, Visa Credit Card, Visa Debit Card, Maestro, Solo etc. Alternatively you can call us during office hours and we can process your payment and order over the phone.

Please note that in the interest of security, Pole Passion will never ask for your credit card details or personal information via emails or pop-ups.

Personal Information?

We NEVER ask for personal information or request money or account confirmation by email other than general event information via our booking enquiry form or unless you are making a purchase from our shop pages. Do not get caught out to phishing scams - Remember;

-  Don't reply to or click on links in emails that ask for personal, financial, or account information.
-  Check the message headers. The From: address and the Return-path should reference the same source.
-  Instead of clicking the links in emails, go to our website directly by typing the web address into your browser, cut and paste or use bookmarks.
-  If on a secure page, look for "https" at the beginning of the URL and the padlock icon in the browser
-  Keep your computer's antivirus, spyware, browser, and security patches up to date and regularly run system scans.
-  Review your accounts regularly and check for unauthorised activity.
-  Use a browser that has a phishing filter (Firefox, Internet Explorer, or Opera)

What happens if my credit/debit card was refused after placing an order?
If your credit or debit card is refused while placing an order we will contact you on to request another card or form of payment and re process your order. For details on why your card was refused, please contact your card issuer.
Can I purchase Pole Passion gift vouchers?
Yes, gift vouchers are available in any amount and we are happy to personlise the voucher and gift wrap it for you. Although vouchers can be personalised for a particular activity or lessons they are also good to redeem against any of our services or products.
Can I return a product, exchange it or get a refund?

We want you to be totally satisfied with every purchase you make from Pole passion. If for any reason, you are not completely happy with your purchase.

If for some reason you are unsatisfied with the product(s) we send you, then you can return them within 7 days, provided they are unused, for a full refund. If the items have been damaged in transit, please let us know and return the goods. We will dispatch a replacement or refund your credit card, at our discretion.
